Information we collect

• Access requests:name, email, phone, J&T VIP code, and warehouse address you submit on the marketing form.
• Merchant accounts: login email, store settings, product data, and order information you enter in admin.
• Buyer orders: customer name, phone, delivery address, and order details submitted on your storefront.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser) for security and debugging.

How we use information

• Provision and support your Catalog store and shipping setup.
• Verify J&T VIP codes during onboarding.
• Communicate about your account, trial, or subscription.
• Improve the service and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share order and address data with shipping integration partners only as needed to book parcels on your J&T VIP account. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and order data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials. No method is 100% secure; notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your rights

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Buyers should contact the merchant store owner for order-related requests; merchants may contact us for account data.
